Our next event will be a business breakfast in the idyllic town of Tamworth, NSW. Our guest speaker is Peter Irvine, co-founder of Gloria Jean’s coffee. Peter has more than 50 years of experience in business at a high profile management level, starting his professional career as a junior at Sydney’s second biggest advertising firm, DDB Needham Advertising. Peter became Managing Director and was also part of the team who launched McDonalds in Australia.
Peter then established the Gloria Jean’s Coffees franchise in Australia with his business parter in 1996. In 2005 the purchases the International Master Franchise brand for Australia and sold in 2014 with over 400 Gloria Jean’s stores across Australia and over 800 coffee houses in 39 countries worldwide.
